About Pitter Patter
Pitter Patter Learning Centres, (formerly Kid’s Connection), located in Penticton, B.C., are a licensed privately operated Junior Kindergarten and Full Daycare, serving all South Okanagan families.
Our Philosophy
Pitter Patter Learning Centres believes in “play with purpose.” We believe that children learn best through play. Our activities are play first with an educational underlay.
At Pitter Patter Learning Centres your child explores the amazing world around them. With child-led playing, our staff learns what your child likes and helps them build a foundation for life. Children learn social, language, numeracy, problem solving skills, fine and gross motor skills.
Each and everyday is filled with fun games & activities that work on your child’s skills for school and for life. These activities include learning their letters, numbers, counting, scissor & printing skills. Your child will also build their independence through daily activities such as getting ready for outside, getting their backpacks ready for home and even getting ready for lunch by themselves.
The wonderful thing about this is that it is all done through play!
Pitter Patter Centres
We have two childcare centers in Penticton; one is located on the south side on Yorkton avenue, the other is located in Wiltse Elementary. We offer Junior Kindergarten at Wiltse. We offer multi age childcare and Junior Kindergarten programs at Yorkton.
